Bad service over and over again

I have been at this Pick n Pay a couple of times now as I moved to Pinelands a couple of months ago. My complaint is around the bad service I have gotten from the employees on every single occasion I have been there. They are rude, don't greet, never have money in their tills to allow me to draw money and as a person who has worked in banking before and know retail. They are required to assist me with drawing money, I know that. They will also tell you the customer to go replace a product if something is not right with it (in my case the salt packet had a hole in and I had to get out of the queue to get another packet). They don't ask if I have a smart shopper card and talk to their friends or the packers while assisting me about their personal business, slowing down scanning my products as they talk. I will never be shopping there again.
