BAD SERVICE on app and CANNOT GET REFUND
I ordered 15 boxes (6 packs) for the first time on the Pick N Pay ASAP APP and I tried Several times to order and it kept cancelling without giving a reason for the cancellation and they send a confirmation email of the order but cancel the order ? How does that even work ... And when they send an email for the refund link ....I go to the link to start processing my refund and the button at the bottom doesnt work to even start processing my refund back to my account.. this all sounds like a big **** to me 😡😡😡 VERRY dissappointed and not impressed at all

25 Oct 2023, 19:15ok I can see the reply now and you being a HUGE chain store should be EXTREMELY ashamed of yourself for even saying that you guys use a bike to deliver these goods because as I see on the app you are allowed up to 35 items to add to your cart and exactly how do you expect a bike guy to deliver 35 items to 1 person ? Also we have a pick n pay hyper RIGHT HERE 1 minute away from us ... how is it soooo difficult to deliver 15 cartons of 6 pack milk boxes to us ? ..... please dont talk nonsense I even know the manager of pick n pay here 🙄 ..... and plus you only compensate me with ONLY R50 voucher for the inconvenience on your malfunctioning app and supposedly "BIKE DRIVER" who delivers.... only take aways deliver on a bike ... NOT SUPERMARKETS .... mind you but we are extremely intelligent.... not born yesterday 🙄 .... fix your service and take down your app if you do not want any problems like this to come up again and take down the app NOW !!!! Everything is JUST DISGUSTING your service and EVERYTHING even your prices are SKY HIGH

And for cancelling an order over 10 times with no reason written on the app ... you guys can definitely afford a truck to deliver after *********** all your customers
