Bad service. No refunds.

I ordered goods on the app on Friday November 25th, the goods did not arrive and on Sunday the order was cancelled by Pick n Pay. On Monday the 28th I requested an EFT from my wallet on the app. I waited for the refund since I was advised it took 3 days. I just called in and spoke to a Nosi who was not willing to assist or accept the error from their end. I want my money and now!
