BAD SERVICE - NO FEEDBACK - TOO BUSY FOR CLIENTS
Pick n pay had a promotion in December were you buy 6 bottles of wine and get a free wine carrier. On two occasions I bought 6 wines at Woodmead Hypermarket and in both instances they didn't have stock of the free gift. The last time I bought the wines was on the 29th of December and I get the same "out of stock" boring story. I ask why they keep advertising it on the weekly pamphlets if they know there's no stock and the cashier refers me to speak to the manager on duty for more details. I then went to the customer desk so I can talk to him. I get there he is not close by and they phoned him to inform him that there's a customer that wants to see him. He asked what it's about, he was told and he says he's TOO BUSY to come they must take my details he'll call me. To this day - a month later he never bothered to call me to explain the issue. Totally unacceptable and pathetic service. Why do you advertise something you know you don't have and worse why do you promise to provide feedback and never do.
