Bad service, no delivery, I do not recommend

I am so tired of PnP Mr D.....I am yet to experience a smooth transaction whereby I place a order and it gets delivered as per norm but there is always an issue and I always have to phone and find out what's happening to my order...why can't you get things right? Imagine ordering breakfast food and still not received by late lunchtime it's ridiculous...your R50 coupons does not help the cause or reason we order from you guys and expect it to be delivered on time without having to phone you guys to find out what's happening....I really wish I can experience a moment where it works smoothly JUST ONCE.
