Bad service no delivery done. No money back

I placed an order on the 1st April at 3:23 no delivery done and I just want my money back. On the app the driver ticked it off as delivered. Went to the app to complain. No call from the office instead u get automated responses and the ticked was closed without the matter being resolved. What disgusting service u call the 087 number and its not answered as well.
