BAD SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER CARE PICK N PAY WOODLANDS
PICK N PAY WOODLANDS!! BAD BAD BAD NO SERVICE, RUDE AND NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS! Wanted to draw money as they offer the service and every time they have an excuse and refuse to help the customers. The Manager is Bongi, very rude man!!!! The teller at Customer service told us i will go and find out and never came back, stood there waiting for 45 minutes. Then we went to the store manager and that was even worse!! BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!! DONT KNOW HOW THEIR DOORS STAY OPEN!!!! DONT SUPPORT THEM!!!! Imagine investing your hard earned money into Tyme Bank OH NO!! NEVER!!

15 Oct 2019, 12:36Thank you for your quick response, appreciated. This problem persists at most PNP stores and is really a huge frustration! FNB actually advised me to draw money at PNP. But since day one of advertising the convenience of drawing cash at the tellers, it has been a problem at any time of the day. They refuse to help!! i cant take it anymore!!
