Bad service n not getting back to customer

I bought a microwave from Pick n pay Greenstone when I tried to use it did not work I took it back and I was told to wait for 21days know contacted until went to the store but with still no luck I am still waiting for my microwave for almost two months now this is not how you treat customers They take your money but don't follow the warranty
