BAD SERVICE IN EXISTANCE

I have placed an order at 16h13 and money was taken from my account and it is now 19h08 and still has no delivery and no1 is saying anything, i called ASAP and the store and i was told they dont have my order and now i want my money back so i can order at Checkers. ASAP has the WORST Service EVER
