Bad service in black areas

I am shocked at the fact that the 2 pick n pay branches I had an issue with had the decency to try and get hold of me .. Epsom Downs apologized for the service I got ( thou I felt it was a half ass apology ) .. But the one pick n pay in naledi that continues to give the community the ****piest service not even one person had the decency to try and get hold of me... Do u even know about that Pick n pay ND the service they give people from Naledi ???? It is so sad that black townships are given the ****tiest of services ND when we complain it's like no one listens ... I posted a complaint I think 3 months ago ND whoever runs ur Facebook page gave me the most unprofessional response... I don't know where u get people that work for u it's actually a disgrace ... If I were u I'd remove my name ... From management to the workers every body is just rude .. and to top it all off they sell stale food.. someone needs to look into this because this is nonsense... We spend our hard earned money only to recieve service that is less than .. go to pick n pay in white areas the service way better but our money is the same ... Hope pick n pay bosses get to see this because we are not respected a consumers ... Do u even train these people in customer service because Wow... I want the complaint I logged all those months back to be looked to otherwise every week u'll be getting a review from this customer!!!!!! The service u give black people in townships is disgusting
