BAD SERVICE & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE

I would like to make a formal complaint about the horrible service at the Pic n Pay in Madiba Street in Pretoria. I understand that it is a relatively new branch; maybe that it why everyone is so young there. But their service is bad and I cannot stand it anymore.

1. We always struggle to find assistance at the butcher; there is almost never anyone there to assist; you may wait for a long time while they try track down the person. If you are lucky the guys at the bakery might help if they are not busy with other clients; 2. Bad attitude of tellers, they are slow and generally have a bad attitude. We sometimes opt to go to Shoprite or the Pick n pay at Pretorius Street just to avoid them. They usually carry on with their conversations as if they don’t see client’s standing there, and we all know not to ask for cash back because they almost NEVER have money; 3. The person who is supposed to assist with the fruit and veges isle is also a no show.

I usually prefer to make my grocery shopping’s at Pic n Pay’s shops for their great services and prices; but the one at Madiba is street is seriously exhausting.
