BAD SERVICE FROM VUYISWA TYGERVALLEY MALL!! SHE SWORE AT ME!!

Today I went shopping at the Pick N Pay at Tygervalley Mall. I am beyond appalled by the service I received from Vuyiswa who works at the bakery alongside her manager on duty I think his name is Josh. I was standing in the queue when Vuyiswa's colleague assisted 2 ladies who came into the line after me, I did not reprimand the lady because Vuyiswa was finishing assisting a client before me, Vuyiswa proceeds to assist the 2 ladies knowing that her colleague is assisting them I reprimand her and tell her to help me and not the 2 ladies as they have been assisted. She proceeds to say "You should have said that to my colleague and the 2 ladies in front of you because you let them get serviced first" then we go back and forth and she says I must not raise my voice at her and in vernac she says "sundiqhela ***ubi" which means don't mess with me. I ask for her name she said my name is 'Andinalo" meaning I don't have a name. She gave me dirty looks and I asked to speak to the manager on duty who is Josh and he said he will bring details of Vuyiswa as I wanted to complain and I waited for him to come out the back of the bakery and he did not. I was late for my break at work because of the incovenience and rude staff from Pick N Pay Tygervalley. This is not the first bad experience I am receiving from the staff at this store and as a loyal customer I need action taken to educate the staff on good customer service. I will continue complaining and rating the bad service until the staff fix their attitude.
