Bad service from the tellers and their manager
On Sunday the 01 February we went to Thohoyandou Pick n pay to withdraw R300 from the till, we went to the first teller, she said she does not have money, went to the second teller ,she said the same thing and went to third one and the same thing happened. We didn't believe that the whole pick n pay does not have R300.i felt like the tellers were playing games with us, It is not possible that there are long queues and all the tellers do not have R300 we went to the branch manager to ask what is happening and his attitude was so bad and he was even shouting at us. We told him we going to report him and he told us pick n pay can not do anything to him we can go ahead. We never got any help from him. I was very disappointed with the service.
