Bad service from the Pharmacist

The pharmacy is suppose to open at 10:00. At 10:03 they were still closed, I asked the lady behind the till when are they opening as it is already 10:00, she rep**** that she is waiting for the Pharmacist, upon which I asked when he will arrive and got a \I don't know"answer from her. I complaint to the customer desk and the lady check who was suppose to be on duty. When the pharmacist arrived I asked for Folic Acid and he told me that I can get it on the shelves in Pick 'n Pay itself. I know for a fact that you can only get it from the pharmacy. I told him that and he started looking for in on the shelve"
