Bad service from the Manager & Repairs Department
a Few weeks ago I purchased a Sinotec Combo deal which included a Tablet and Smartphone. 2 Days later the Tablet encountered charging issues and will not switch off. The Next weekend I went back to Pick n Pay Princess Crossing to return the Tablet due to the 7-day return policy I was informed of. They failed to replace my device and only made me wait 20 min for the manager to accept the Tablet and book it in for repairs. <br> I have in the mean time made countless phones calls to ask what the status of the Repair/Replacement was, with no luck. I decided to contact Sinoprima and was advised that the device has been repaired and was ready for shipment/courier on 12 August 2015. On 13 August 2015 at 15:35pm I contacted Sinoprima again and they confirmed that the device has been delivered to Pick 'n Pay Princess Crossing. on 14August 2015 I contacted Pick 'n Pay Princess Crossing again and eventually after almost 25min was advised by the manager that he will follow up and get back to me. He failed to make contact and I decied to visit the store that same afternoon. The \unfriendly "staff at the repair station failed to locate the Tablet and the Manager after 45min and I decided to leave."""
