Bad service from Precious B

I'm very disappointed with the service I have received at Pick 'n pay Carlton Centre. The lady who works at Deli by the name of Precious B gave us horrible service. Didn't greet us, and didn't attend to us until we asked for assistance. She left us and went inside. And when she comes back she didn't even say sorry... She just looked at us as if she is forced to help us. Pick n pay is known for good service. Please train the lady. She needs to understand why is she at work. We didn't do anything wrong to receive such a bad service.
