Bad service from PnP Smartshopper Card

I purchased items at Mulbarton and when I wanted to pay with my Smart Shopper store credit card, it was declined due to "incorrect pin entry" I phoned the customer care line and got a message that operating hours are till 1700. I phoned at 17h03.My purchase was for R 900 and there is R 1700 on my card so to save the situation, I had to fork out an additional R 900
