Bad service from pick pay ASAP.

On Christmas I ordered few drink from pick pay. Is said it will deliver b4 18H00. But after making a payment the time changed to tomorrow morning 9am. I called to cancel my order. I have received the reference to show they have completed my request. Which is***. But my money is not yet refunded. I want my money.
