Bad service from Pick n pay Southdowns

Pick n pay Southdowns disappointed me so much with their service. Went to buy my meal as I do everyday since I work in the centre. Found Kelloggs noodles for R45 for two when you swipe. The signage clearly stated assorted Kelloggs Noodles. The discount didn't go through and I told the assistant that they were on a promo. I had to go get the signage myself and show her. Had to go back so she can also see the promotion. Had to explain to the guy in the isle that the signage clearly said they were assorted and the guy told her I was right in my statement because it didn't specify. She then had to call a third lady which I explained the same thing to. The cashier then said "o ganelletse mo tabeng ya assorted" .Now the third person who came to assist went to ask "the guy who packs them again". Now I had explained more times than I can count that that thing stated that it's assorted and they were in the same line and it didn't specify any exclusions. I told them they were doing this because I work in the centre and they don't do this to other customers and she said that's what I thought,they always do this. I asked them what their store policy says and she didn't answer me. The lady then said she had to void my transaction and go ask the manager if they can give me the promotion and she came back and said he/she said no. And that was that they were done talking to me.
