Bad service from Pick n Pay Online
I placed an online order with Pick n Pay. The item was delivered when I was at work. The item is faulty, so I phoned their customer service. I was told to bring the item to the nearest store. I'm working 7 days a week at the moment, and I'm avoiding the shops due to Covid, so I do a lot if online shopping. Now Pick n Pay wants me to come to the shop to exchange the item. What bad service. Won't shop from them again

06 Dec 2020, 07:54It is now the 6th of December and nothing yet from Pick n Pay online, apart from the standard response that they value my service. This is obviously a lie as I am still waiting on them to contact me regarding this issue
