bad service from pick n pay Meadowlands

My wife went to pick n pay early in the Morning she needed pampers for my daughter i sent her money so she can withdraw at the till .

Till lady said she is not allowed to give her money she wont request anyone to give her money.

she had my daughter on her back

so this is so absurd really bad service for meadowlands pick n pay not satisfied its bull

please sort it out pick n pay south africa
