Bad Service from Pick n pay Auckland Park(Campus Square)

I am extremely disappointed and upset with the service i received today at Pick n Pay Auckland park in Campus Square. Your cashier by the name of Nonhlanhla Madondo disrespected me so much today. Firstly when we walked up to her till she rolled her eyes at us, we asked a question she nodded her head and didnt even respond with her mouth, didn't greet, she didn't evrn ask for my smart shopper card, i unpacked my grocery and moved over where I could tap my card, she looks at me and speaks with an attitude and says please move from there and come and move your grocery closer to me, i say excuse me and she repeats with an even worse attitude, I ask her can't you stand up and move it closer, she responds and says if I could I wouldn't have asked you.

Now I would like to understand her reasoning in doing thks and and her actions and I want an apology for this behavior. I have worked for pick n pay and through my training I was taught that customer is king, I worked as a Frontline staff and I have never ever behaved yhe way she behaved. I am extremely upset and very disappointed.
