Bad service from Pick n Pay ASAP - refunds.

27 June 2022, I bought 2 computer cables. Via Pick n Pay ASAP. I mistook them as charging cables for a cell phone. So I requested a refund. They came to pick it up as I wasn't allowed to take it to the store. Today 21 September, I still haven't gotten my refund. I've been calling every 2 - 3 weeks to find out what and why and every time I get a story of the store must let them know to do the refund. Last time I phoned (9 Sept) I was told that the system says I got my refund in July. Which I immediately check while on the phone with the lady. And surprise, surprise,. NO REFUND WAS DONE. I offered to email my bank statement and was told IF THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT NEEDS IT THEY'LL REQUEST IT.

Shame on you Pick n Pay. It might not be a lot of money to you but to me it is.. *** Item ***
