Bad service from Pick 'n Pay

I have never received such bad service as from Pick 'n Pay; An order was placed on the Tuesday for Thursday morning delivery. It is now mid morning Friday and still no delivery. I cannot get hold of the call center, the call gets cut or just rings and rings.....

In store the staff are extremely rude and untrained. Too busy on their phones and chatting to each other.

Checkers here we come, never will I use P'nP again!
