Bad service from Pick n Pay

On the 27 July 2020 I bought an advertised flour, sugar, rice and mielie meal hamper at Sam Ntuli Mall. there was no flour and was told that they will call me. it is now 13 August and haven't receive any call from the store. I called and was told it hasn't arrive. I emailed their national customer care seven times all i get is automated reply with reference number and nothing about flour. their customer care is terrible.
