Bad Service from Pick n Pay

I bought a Aim 30L Compact Mini Oven in Pick n Pay Longbeach Mall on the 10th of September 2024 and I was told at the store that it is covered by 2 year warranty, on the 23rd of August 2025 I returned the mini oven at the store because it is faulty and today I went to the store to check how far with the repair or swap out and I was told that it’s still early and it might take about a month to be sorted and in the mean time I keep having to buy gas at my cost and I am not happy with that because when I returned the oven at the store I was told that it will not take long 😠. I am very very disappointed in Pick n Pay.
