Bad Service from Gugu amd her manager.

I went to the store in Southgate, I am not happy with the service I got from the parcel counter, the lady who assisted was Gugu, she was so rude. Dhe literally through back my parcels at me. I asked why does she have to do that can't she address me politely but still she couldn't anything wrong that she did. I spoke to the Manager whom I couldn't get the name, she also seemed not to be interested with what I was telling her about the incident at the parcel counter. I doubt she even addressed it with Gugu.
