Bad service from driver. 2nd time ordering. 2nd time being disappointed.

Terrible service from delivery driver on order #***8 Ramsgate KZN. I will continue posting on Facebook/ Hello Peter and any other social platform. Scolded and sworn at by the driver because her GPS took her to a nearby street and that she phoned me yet I received no calls. She said I can lay a complaint, she does not care. I want ro be compensated for the inconvenience and bad service.
