Bad service from Cuystomer Care line
Why can my complaint not be handled in Afrikaans? Nokubonga refused to hand me over to somebody that speaks Afrikaans and after that to her supervisor.

Thank you for choosing Pick n Pay. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences caused to you. We have addressed your complaint with the Call Centers Management Team and have been advised as per below.
Feedback from the Call Center Manager:
* Currently we do not have any Afrikaans speaking consultants at the call centre however we have already advertised to have an Afrikaans speaking consultant recruited.
* The call centre is based in KZN and majority of the people looking for employment either speaks English or 1 of the other official languages. * We working hard in getting the correct person to fill this position at the call centre.
Should you need any assistance please feel free to email our Customer Care Team on ***.
We value you as a Pick n Pay customer and are committed to improve continually on our service levels. Kind regards,
