BAD SERVICE FROM CASHIER

Yesterday evening, I passed by the Pick 'n Pay store in Kelvin Village, Sandton. I was there to get a few household detergents and cash back via my debit card at the till. I got to the till, had my basket of goods scanned, handed my bank card to the cashier (whose name I forgot to get). Upon informing the cashier that I needed cash back of R400, she slammed my bank card on the counter, and exclaimed "ANGINAYO I-CASHI" (translated from Zulu, it means "I don't have cash!!!!"). I then kindly requested that she kindly ask the ladies operating the neighbouring tills. She asked the first, who cited that she wasn't sure she had enough cash in her till, and asked her to wait for her to check. She then asked the one of her other side, and she stated that she didn't have enough. She then went on to ask the lady by the kiosk, who also kindly asked her to wait a minute for her to check. Exasperated, she then looked me in the face and said "sonke asinayo i-cash" (translated "we all don't have cash"). I then kindly left the goods and asked for my bank card, and left the outlet. I felt it was disrespectful and I felt like she didn't even acknowledge that I was a customer deserving to be serviced with decency. I get that not everyday is a good day, but this is unacceptable.
