Bad service from ASAP

I have placed an order today on ASAP only to be told ghat one item is out of stock then i have to wait for 7 days to be refunded.How do you sell things ghat you lnow are out of stock?That was a bottle of Hennessy which is for a work function and now my managers are insulting me as if i used the money for my own things,the function is tonight and I have to borrow miney from loansharks and go buy form other stores that have stock.It it my lqst time pirchasing from this store and everyone in my company and around me since they have witnessed all of this
