Bad service form Pick and Pay hyper Klerksdorp and Defy

I reported that my fridge is not working. When I got there to take my papers in there was no one to help me. They called the following day to tell me that it will take 2 to 3 working days for someone to come take a look. Defy called me and told me that there is no use for them to come out as they have no parts to fix it. They told me they havr to order and can't tell me how long it will take for them to get it. It's been 2 weeks now. My fridge is not even a year old yet.
