Bad Service for a new shop

On monday 01.05.2017,i went to pick n pay at Lemo Mall in Bloemfontein. The queues were extremely long ,i then stood in line for almost 30min to buy bread and also cashback (R1 200.00).Eventualy i made it to the cashier who just told me she does not have that amount of money on her till but she will call her supervisor.

The supervisor came,he also just told me i will have to go to another till since this one cant help.I asked him do i have to queue again after being on this queue. He then said yes

This is very frustrating because he didnt even check with other cashiers as to who has the amount,i might find myself on the line then there is also no money on the other tills. The shop is new not even a year old and already they offer such service.
