Bad service

Pick n Pay Daveyton, worst customer service. I placed an order around 13pm on Saturday the 29th only for the order to only be picked at around 16pm. I understand the pay weekend frenzy but it takes 4hours to pick an order!!! Really??? Now I then have to wait for delivery of which Im not even sure if its coming today or not. Pick n Pay your incompetency when it comes to delivery is unbelievable... and its not just Daveyton, I have experienced this inconvenience with pick n pay Springs Mall. Improve your processes, I have order items that need to be refrigerated and now Im not even sure of the quality I'm going to receive due to these delays. I know they are going to say it was busy but checkers was also busy yet their orders arrive on time always
