Bad Service

I bought a R50 pick n pay voucher on my Capitec app ,tried using my voucher at pick n pay not one but two pick n pays including the one at Evaton mall and was told that they never heard of it before they can't help me . How can you sell something that your cashier's knows nothing about it?
