Bad service

I bought clothing items from Pick n Pay Clothing Waterstone, I was told apon returning the soiled item that they needed to to speak to the supervisor. The assistant returns advising that the system is offline. She had no interest in finding out which stores were online. After asking if she can find out she sent me to the grocery store.

This was very odd as the grocery was online and advised that they always send customers to them for returns even though they do not have the particular item in their possession.

Could you please advise your workers that time is money and particularly took the initiative of driving from houtbay( my workplace) to where made the transaction.

Please note it should not be easy to take my money and give me issues when your product is soiled.
