Bad service

I went to sky city mall and I was so disappointed with their service. I was there for shopping and I was assisted by a petite lady on the less than 10 items section. I greeted her and she didn’t reply, she didn’t ask if I wanna pay by card or cash, she didn’t ask if I wanted a plastic and neither did she say thank you for choosing pnp, I love pnp for its service but today I was disappointed. I took time with the machine when swiping but she just watched me struggle. There was another lady next to her, so this lady came to the queue but she did t tell her to come through she just watch and o had to ask her to pass. On June 16 they were playing loud music and screaming on top of their lungs. I understand that it was a day to celebrate but it was disturbing
