Bad service

Hi can you guys please assist me.

I went do a shopping at pick n pay *****o park on Sunday the 19th of September 2021" I bought few snacks and bance ' and then this bances where having a price list of R999 instead of R19 ' I swaped using my bank card only to find that the money apeard on the was screen was more then I layer a complain Sametime " they called a Mananger then they swiped my card bck and told me that I'll get my refund within 24 hours. I went bck after 24 hours then they told me that I must come with a bank statement ' I did that and went back to them " then they said I will recieve my refund in 36 hours " I waited for that 3days till today I didn't receive my refund" the manager who was helping me is fikile from *****o park pick n pay" I tryed to call her asking about my refund but she doesn't answer my calls " I'm staying 15 kilometers away from that pick and pay and everytime I'm going there I don't get help
