Bad service

We bought a MTN data. When we tried to load it to the phone, it gave us a message saying the pin is incorrect. When we went back to the shop they tried the load the pin on different cell phones but it gives the same message, pin number is incorrect. The store manager told us that MTN does not give incorrect pin. There is nothing he can do.
