Bad service

I am very disappointed at Pick n Pay asap, it's the third time my order gets delayed, and last time they delayed my order with over an hour on top of that when I ordered the delivery slot I was given was 2 hours from the time I ordered then it got delayed with over an hour this is really a bad service same thing today. The 60 minutes promise is just a lie.
