Bad Service

Subject: Poor Service Experience at Your Store Today

Dear Manager (Howard Centre Pick n Pay),

I would like to bring to your attention the poor service I experienced at your store today. The cashier who assisted me was chatting with another cashier and complaining about her knocking-off time while serving me, which I found very unprofessional.

She took a plastic bag without asking if I needed one and didn’t ask if I had a Smart Shopper card. I also had to pack my own groceries while she continued her conversation.

I left your store as a very unhappy customer. I hope this matter will be addressed to ensure better service in the future.
