Bad service

I am so deeply dissatisfied with the service I recieved today from Pick & Pay in Vaal Mall. The security guard and the lady who claimed to be a manager by the name Mosa denied me from entering the store and buy essentials because the store was closing at 16:45 and I was 5 minutes earlier than that. According to me that was uncalled for and this needs to be dealt with.
