Bad service!!!

Dear Pick n Pay, I sent in a complaint on 21 April 2021 to date no one contacted me back. The service at your Ipic centre branch in Vredenburg is very bad. You had a special at the end of March with the Omo products and the capsules were out of stock. To date the product is out of stock and no one contacted me. When I phone the store, they either put the phone down in my ear or they are extremely rude. The service is bad!!!! Can someone please contact me
