Bad service

Pick n pay stuff at Columbine never want to give customers cash back they always don’t have money or they remind each other to save the money for someone else while a customer is there why would banks partner with super markets if we must struggle to get cash from them while they have money this clearly shows they don’t want to assist it’s the second time they refuse to give me cash back I just can’t remember their names but this is becoming a norm and it’s unacceptable we prefer supermarket for our safety yet stuff don’t want to assist .
