Bad Service

Pick n pay khayelitsha in Site B is the poorest and worst pick n pay ever seen. Cashiers have the most disgusting attitude, the store smells awkward like dead rats, management is not visible when I asked for a manager on Mon, Feb 6 a frontline supervisor was summoned called Alakhe. My issue was that I was looking for pampers pants either size 4 nor 5. On the shelf there were two prices R223 I think and R249, asked the merchandise for the correct prize after then she gave me attitude when i told her that as the customer I have to get it at the price I see which was R223. Went to the till the item was R255 not even a price on the shelf. Frontline supervisor went in a office asked store manager who is Mr Dean who refused to honor the promotional price reason being the barcodes do not match. How as a customer should I know which barcode is which but since I have been on retail for more than 8 years now I knew whicb route to take. I know this review might be a drop on the ocean but from my end they saved me a few rands because I went to shoprite and only to find out the item is R189 on promotion
