Bad service experience

I went to pick n pay savanna in polokwane on the 22nd of june and the service was so bad.. we got inside the store 20 minutes before 17:00 and started our shopping and at 5 one staff member came and told us they are closing. We continued our shopping then came another one and said you are the only ones left in the store at 17:05..we were still doing shopping and still had a few more items to pick and two more approached and said they are closed we must pay and go. I was so disappointed by the service and I will never set foot in that store again. I also work in retail and if the store is closed you finish with the clients inside not telling your clients to go.. If thats how you treat your clients then you are still going to lose customers..Me,my family and friends we dont shop at pick n pay, never..
