BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE

My name is Lesiba and I just want to share this bad service I've experience at Pick n Pay in Pan Africa Mall. Today this morning I was on my way to work and I didn't realise that I didn't have any money for transport so I went to the nearest ATM only to find out that they were all offline, since i'm working for Capitec Bank I knew that I can make withdrawals at the tills so I went to pick n pay to make a small amount cash back or at least R90 just for transport, while I was still on a queue there were customers that were buying using cash so when I got to the cashier by the name of Phumzile I asked for a cash back of R90 she gave me bad attitude and told me that she doesn't have it (didn't even bother to ask the next cashier if she has it) then I asked for small amount of R50 she still told me that she doesn't have it, then asked for R30 she told me the same story then I asked for R20 then R10 still told me the same thing until I explain to her that the money I'm asking for is for transport and the ATMs are not working then she gave me R20. So what I don't understand is that why do I have to explain myself what do I need the money for whereas I'm going to pay for making that withdrawal. She made me beg for that cash back as if she's doing me a favour. So please train your cashiers on how to treat customers!!!
