Bad service every month end

<p> I regularly shop at the Pick n Pay in Sharon Park and have no issues, except for one; they never have cash when I want to withdraw!!! I mean, why have an agreement with our banks, if we won't get the service you have agreed to provide to us? You know it's month end, so surely you should make means to always have cash handy for us to withdraw. It is also known that our grandparents withdraw from their SASSA cards on the first of every month, yet they're made to sit in a queue and WAIT for an hour or so until they can get money. This is not fair, and it's not safe for them. This puts them at risk of being eyed and ******. Something really needs to be done soon. It has become so irritating, really!</p> <p> </p>
