Bad service ever siies

I placed an order Saturday,of cause I know on weekends the are no deliveries,but its day 4 today still no communication about my order:*** and on their app its written that 'it takes 3 to 5 days to deliver'The is no email where I can track my order and when I call the call centre im told only people with tickets that can be assisted,I mean what is that?when they dont even answer the emails sent to them?
