Bad service ever from Pick n Pay East Rand Mall

I bought a AIM Microwave few days ago at Pick n Pay East Rand Mall took it back yesterday due to lack of not knowing how use but the service I got from the lady who works at appliance department was so bad she's rude and grumpy.I dont know why she doesn't retire I'm not a mean person nor wish anyone ill but her attitude is on another level I even tried to ask them to try and test it for me they said they dont do that at store now I'm stucked with a microwave at home that doesn't function because we don't know how to use.???My mom is very angry she's on my case she wants her money back please help me
